I went to Tampa on our vacation. We went to the beach a lot and we went to busch gardens. We built a very special sand castle for cassie. It had angel wings made of seashells.

Cassie’s Angel Day. That is the day that Cassie died. It is too hard to stay home. We went to St. Augustine. We went to the beach and we sent a balloon to heaven to Cassie. I love her and miss her.

Zoo Trip

The Columbia Zoo

We were supposed to go the mountains but we couldn’t go because my uncle Heath couldn’t make it and I want to go with him when I go. So mama told me we could go to the zoo instead. We saw a lot of animals. There are a lot of animals that I like like the elephant, giraffes, tigers, lions, and the monkeys. Guess what?!! I got to feed a llama and a donkey. We went to this place where you could feed the animals. I wanted to feed the animals too so mama bought me some animal food and put it in my hand. I holded my arm up and the llama started eating right out of my hand. It really tickled. It was a really fun trip.

Angel & Butterscoth

I got two kitties for my birthday. They are brother and sister their names are angel and butterscotch. They like to snuggle and so do I. I really love my kitties.

I Rode A Horse

I am 12 years old because I just had a birthday. You are never going to believe it! I rode a horse! I never thought I could do it but Mrs. Becky And mama came up with a plan. I really liked it but I don’t want to do it again.

Holiday

                   Hi Everybody!

Sorry I haven written in a while. I had a good Christmas.  Me and Jonah got alot of stuff.  My favorite was my new Nancy Drew computer game.  Jonah’s favorite was his brand new wagon.  He got a new tricycle too.  At first I was a little sad because I couldn’t ride it but then I got so happy for Jonah.  Mama said I have some stuff that Jonah can’t do too like my computer, and some of my toys. 

On Christmas Eve we went to Cassie’s grave and sang her favorite Christmas song.  We lit candles and brought balloons and flowers.  It was really special.  I liked being there with my family. 

Jonah really like the Christmas tree.  He loved to take all the ornaments off and put them in his wagon.  Then he even he took the lights on the tree and started running with them.  He is a crazy boy. 

 I had a really fun holiday.  I bet Cassie was watching me. 

Hi everybody

Hi everybody!!!

Sorry I haven’t written in a while.  I had a cold this week.  Everybody got it – mama got it, Jonah got it, I got it, even papa got it.  The only person who didn’t get it was daddy.  But everybody is well now.  It sure was a rough week!!

Guess what!! I got a new computer.  A pink one.  Mama and daddy gave it to me for my half birthday present.  I was excited that I sang all day.  I sang, “I so happy , I so happy, I so happy.”

I missed Cassie a lot on my half birthday cause it was her half birthday too.  My whole family went out to eat at the Shellhouse and after that we went to Cassie’s grave.  We brought flowers and balloons and said a prayer for her.  I love her.

School is going really good.  I LOVE all my teachers.

I miss you

We had a picture made with all the SMA Angel committee. After that we had a candlelighting.  But it started to rain and we had to do it inside gamama’s house.  We played a song that I really like.  It is called “I miss you” by Miley Cyrus.  It makes me think of my sister Cassie.  Here are some of the words.

Happy Summer

Hi! It’s Skylar. This summer my Uncle Richie made me a special swing. I can swing on it in my wheelchair. I don’t have to get out of my chair to swing. I can swing right next to my brother Jonah in his swing. Jonah has a swing too. Guess what! I got glasses. One day I couldn’t see the TV and my clock very good so mama took me to the eye doctor. He said I needed glasses. I got some really cool pink and purple color ones. I even got a glasses set to clean them. I can see the Tv and the computer and the clock very good now. I think I will do better in school this year with my new glasses. See you later alligator!

Hello Everybody!!

I need to write here more often. I am very busy. I LOVE my baby brother and he drives me nuts sometimes. I just got back from a trip to the beach and I got a new hermit crab named Hermie. We saw a lot of fireworks on the 4th of July. They were really loud and KoKo got scared and was shaking.
